Bridge Park holiday cottage is a self catering cottage in the Highlands of Scotland. It has 3 bed sleeps 5 in the friendly village of Killin, Perthshire. Located nearby the Falls of Dochart, and the Old Watermill. The accommodation is ideal for families with two doubles and a single bedroom, plus a shared bathroom. The sitting room with open fire is great during the winter months, there is also oil fired central heating. The kitchen diner is fully equipped, with views across the garden. WiFi is available throughout.
There are a variety of eating places in the village of Killin as well as a co-op, hairdresser, chemist, doctors surgery and an outdoor shop where you can find fishing permits, hire bicycles and hire canoes for use on Loch Tay or buy maps for local walks or bag the local Munro Ben Lawers.
Bridge Park Cottage makes a great base for touring the historic sites, enjoying the outdoor activities on offer and exploring the Highlands of Scotland.

The ground floor
Bridge Park self catering holiday cottage Scotland was once a croft and it has a large, sunny garden with many mature trees, shrubs and lots of wildlife visits the bird table.
At the front there is a small lawn surrounded by a low stone wall with a large sloping lawn down to the field (or park) that surrounds the cottage on three sides. Across this field, where sheep and sometimes cattle graze, runs the River Lochay that has many trees along it’s banks. There is a table and chairs and a couple of loungers for the long, hot summer days.
At the back of the house there is a large lawned area with fruit trees and lots of space for games. There is also a substantial stone shed, or bothy, that is lockable and is used for storage of fishing gear, bicycles and garden equipment, etc. Presently there is also a store of wood that can be sawn and split if required for the open fire (Logs, solid fuel and sawn wood also available in the village).
A small burn runs down the East side or the garden that at one time was the water supply to the croft. You will enjoy constant entertainment of the from wildlife that appreciates the bird table just outside the kitchen window as well as glorious views up the Glen.

The First floor
Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a small single bedroom
First bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and cot. The second has a double as well as a single bed. It has built-in wardrobe and large chest of drawers. These two large bedrooms have windows that look out over the front garden and the River Lochay.
The third single bedroom has a single bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. All beds have bedside tables and reading lights.
Duvets and pillows, bed linen and towels are are provided. Bridge Park Cottage sleeps five comfortably and there are extra blankets and pillows that are kept in the wardrobes or under-bed drawers.
All have full central heating radiators with thermostatic valves for added comfort which makes it an ideal self catering holiday cottage for discovering all that Scotland has to offer the holidaymaker in summer or winter.
